What is the service call fee?
The service call fee is a minimum fee for us to arrive and to perform a sprinkler check in order to diagnose the issues reported by the client. This fee is a minimum $125* but differ by city or town, depending on the travel distance and the time it takes to check the system. This does not cover possible excavation or “exploratory digging” of a leak that can’t be identified under normal circumstance.
*This does not include commercial and large residential properties that require a longer visit.
How long does a sprinkler check take?
Generally a sprinkler check can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of the system. For commercial and large residential properties, a sprinkler check can take even longer.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept credit cards, but a 3% up charge will be applied to the total. Other methods of payment can be utilized such as cash, check, ACH, or Zelle without incurring this fee.
