I called and spoke with Rachael to set an appointment and she was professional and listened to what I needed. Ben, the technician, was able to come first thing the next day and arrived at the time expected. He explained what needed to be done and got to work. Once he was finished, he took the time to explain how the sprinkler system worked. I truly appreciated everyone’s professionalism, honesty and commitment to their customers.

We had a leak that was very difficult to find. Had multiple layers and years of concrete and different coverings. They were able to come in. Find the irrigation leak and get us on a plan to get everything fixed. Excellent service excellent work.

Moved into a house where the previous owner had done most of the work himself. This meant that there was some gardening projects that resulted in constant flooding above the foundation line and into the house during heavy storms. I called a few vendors, and Superlative Service was the one I chose. Not only did they end up with a lower cost, but they told me they could have the project done in one day. Noah came by and gave an estimate that was 30% cheaper than the nearest price, and they did an excellent job. He had his crew come over the next day and finished two drains, two drain boxes, a trench and poured new concrete all in 12 hours. I wanted to wait to write my review until after six months and plenty of flash floods and storms. Haven’t had a single issue, and the photos I attached are 6 months after the install so you can see how well they’ve held up. I will be a repeat customer for life.

Noah has been a dream to work with. He visits the location, assesses types of bushes/color needed and recommends proper varieties for sun exposure. Almost the next day Francisco shows up with his crew and a truck load of bushes to be planted. Noah communicated with him exactly where everything was to go and it got done.
